In the agenda you can see what is currently going on at the Boerenbondsmuseum. From 30 March to 2 November, demonstrations will be held every Sunday and there will be regular special activities that show life in a Brabant village at the beginning of the last century.

Gerlacus van den Elsen: the Apostle of the Farmers
Father Gerlacus van den Elsen, born on April 13, 1853 in Gemert and passed away on April 24, 1925, is honored as the "Apostle of the Farmers" for his contributions to Dutch agriculture. The Boerenbondsmuseum is located at the birthplace of Father Van den Elsen, founder of several cooperatives. The museum is quite literally situated on the birthplace of the cooperative movement.
